As the NHS faces financial stringency and organisational disruption, it is important that libraries can prove to managment decision makers, their value as well as their impact to the delivery of patient care.  SHALL has made available Assessing The Impact Of Health Libraries: A Practical OnlienToolit, a template for gathering qualitative and quantitative evidence to support the case for library services in the NHS.
