IT WiSHES (IT WiSH Experience Sharing) is a new way of collaborative learning, involving everyone in WMWLN.

• During a 4-week period, one colleague from among us will share one IT innovation of his / her own choice.
• The IT innovation can be something already implemented locally, or simply something in which the he / she is interested.
• He / She will share his / her knowledge, or thougts, or questions about it; and at the same time will initiate disucssions on the IM&T Forum.

Have you got plans to introduce a new IT service at your library?  Or have you recently launched one?

Would you need some incentives to help you start off your learning plan this year?

If you answer ‘yes’ to any of the above, you may like to volunteer to lead IT WiSHES.  Everyone and anyone can volunteer.  You don’t need to be library manager, neither do you need to have expert knowledge of IT.  All you would need is a curiosity and a desire to learn and share.  Don’t wait for us to approach you.  Do get in touch with either Sharon or Bertha if you’re interested.
