• Co-ordinate WMHLN ILL Solution Working Group, a regional task-and-finish group to support the procurement and development of a bespoke ILL (interlibrary document delivery) solution.
• Roll out WMHLN Catalogue to serve as the union catalogue of journal holdings and the supporting system for interlibrary document delivery service within WMHLN

• Co-ordinate WMHLN Journal Procurement Group to explore opportunities for collaborative procurement within WMHLN

Horizon scanning

• Facilitate forums for innovative use of information technology
• Co-ordinate IT WiSHes, involving everyone in WMHLN to learn and share IT innovations
