What do Content Co-ordinators do?
Content Co-ordinators play the roles of:
- Co-ordinating library staff to create and update content for the designated content area(s).
- Monitoring the process of content creation and sharing any best practices or lessons learnt.
- Co-ordinating the creation / removal of accounts with WiSH project manager.
- Liaising with WiSH project manager for technical and training support.
Who is responsible for the content area of my locality or group?
Your locality or group.
Is there any policies regarding content creation?
At present there is no policy regarding content creation in place. All localities or groups are welcome to define and present the content they would like to share with other WMHLN members.
I’ve submitted an article but I can’t find it in the front end.
Possible reasons for content not appearing in the front end:
- The content is still awaiting approval by the Content Co-ordinator of your locality or group.
- The structure of the content area is not defined properly.
In either case, contact WMLISDU.
Is it possible to restrict access to the content area of my locality or group?
At present, all the content areas of different localities and groups require password access. That means only library staff of WMHLN are able to view such content.
However it is not possible to restrict access to the content area of any single locality or group by its own members only.
